Accessibility

Last updated June 2026

We build for everyone. THICKRIM aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on this site and on the sites we build for clients, so the web works for people using keyboards, screen readers, magnification, and other assistive technology.

What we aim for

Clear structure and headings, meaningful text alternatives for images, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, captions and labels on forms, and support for reduced-motion preferences. We test with keyboard navigation and automated and manual checks as part of how we work.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never finished. We treat barriers as bugs and fix them as we find them. If part of this site falls short, that is on us to correct.

Tell us if something is wrong

If you hit a barrier on this site, or need information in a different format, email us at contact@thickrim.comand we'll make it right. Tell us the page and what got in your way, and we'll respond within one business day.

This page is a plain-language summary for the THICKRIM site and is not legal advice. Have counsel review before relying on it.
