These terms cover your use of the THICKRIM website. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal or statement of work) that we sign with you, not by this page.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse the site and reach out. Don't use it to break the law, interfere with how it runs, or scrape it at a scale that degrades it for everyone else.

Our work and content

The text, design, logos, and brand on this site belong to THICKRIM LLC. Case studies and product references (such as Garage Bae and client sites) are shown to illustrate our work. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking.

Project terms

Pricing, scope, timelines, ownership, and deliverables for any engagement live in the proposal or statement of work we agree to in writing. If anything here conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

No guarantees on the site

We keep the site accurate and online as best we can, but we provide it “as is” without warranties. We're not liable for losses from using the site itself. (Project work is covered by its own agreement.)
